Passionate about this ancestral discipline for several years, I have experimented with the different styles of yoga that are Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Acroyoga.
This practice which unites the body and the spirit brought me so much in my personal development that I quickly wanted to share it.
So I left in 2014 to train in India on various Yoga practices.
I am continuously discovering it, rich in its different physical and spiritual techniques, for a total well-being of body and mind.
Today these different styles are an integral part of my personal practice as well as my classes. It allows me to adapt to each one of you!

Hatha Yoga: breathing, relaxation, posture, strengthening, balance.
Vinyasa Yoga: dynamic yoga, a tonic sequence and fluid of postures rhythmic by breathing.
Beach Yoga: meditation, breathing, tonic and fluid flow of postures, relaxation.
Private lessons: meditation, breathing, postures (with a follow-up to better understand the mechanisms of your body), relaxation.
